The Build-Operate-Transfer Model [BOT] can be defined as an integrated partnership between X-istech and a client, wherein X-istech builds the physical infrastructure, hires the delivery team, and sets up the management in place. Basically we incubate and build your captive delivery center in India, on your behalf.

Under the BOT model, X-istech will build and operate a back office on your behalf. Working on a "cost + management" fee model, we will build the operations on your behalf from scratch. When operations are smooth and you are satisfied with our services, we will transfer the facility to you anytime after 36 months of operations.
